- Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the total service cost.
5. Liability
While we strive to provide excellent services, Gardening Wood Green is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, along with the service agreement, constitute the entire agreement between the client and Gardening Wood Green, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.

17. Assignment
